WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) has been chosen to deliver this week’s Republican address. It will follow President Obama’s national address.

Barrasso, a member of the Energy and Natural Resources Committee, will discuss support for a realistic and balanced approach to U.S. energy policy.

“It’s an honor to be chosen to represent the Republican Party and highlight Wyoming’s world class energy resources,” Barrasso said.

Barrasso’s address will air nationally Saturday, May 23. The broadcast will immediately follow the President’s address to the nation.
