Senator Barrasso voted in favor of an amendment supporting seniors and veterans. The amendment also closed the loophole which provided handouts to illegal immigrants. He worked to ensure seniors and veterans were included and illegal immigrants did not benefit.

Senator Barrasso believes that the way to benefit taxpayers is to keep taxes low and control spending.   This package does not do that.
