WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) released the following statement regarding the Obama Administration’s latest lawless policy reversal regarding the health care law. 

“Another day, another lawless Obamacare re-write. The law clearly said that the only way Americans can get subsidies is through the state based exchanges. The Administration previously unilaterally extended this policy to include the federal exchange. By changing its policy once more in the dead of the night, the Obama Administration has taken another action to re-write its failing law.  Instead of continuing to just erase the disastrous details of Obamacare, it’s time for the White House to come to Congress and ask for changes. ”
